1. Shipping Locations
Afroz Enterprises LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, if available.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery
Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on the product, order size, and delivery location.
Estimated delivery timeframes may include:
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days, where available
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date the order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package size, shipping method, and delivery location.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders or special promotions.

6. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, high order volume, holidays, supply chain delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Afroz Enterprises LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external events, but we will do our best to assist you with updates when possible.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
