At Afroz Enterprises LLC, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy before placing an order.
1. Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

3. Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

- Items damaged by the customer
- Clearance or final sale items
- Customized or special-order products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. Afroz Enterprises LLC is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
7. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items, depending on product availability.
If the same item is not available, we may offer a refund or alternative resolution.
8. Order Cancellations
